The food we serve undergo stringent processes to ensure they are low in fat, salt and sugar, and ultimately meet the nutritional requirements of each patient's medical condition and the doctor's recommendations. Our dieticians can provide individualised programmes and counselling for patients to aid them in their recovery.
Our clinical dieticians conduct nutritional assessment, and can prescribe a diet based on measurements and diagnosis. The patient is prescribed a normal or therapeutic diet as necessary, and tube feeding and parenteral nutrition (delivered directly through the vein) is possible.
